We quote shipping after the product configuration, quantity and destination are known. No delivery time, freight rate, stock level or duty-paid service is guaranteed by this website.

For a useful shipping estimate

• Provide the destination country, city and postal code.
• State your product model, order quantity and packaging requirements.
• Ask for carton dimensions, gross weight and any battery configuration.
• Identify your preferred delivery method and any required trade terms.

Samples and bulk orders

Sample availability, sample price, freight, preparation time and whether any sample cost can be credited must be confirmed individually. Bulk lead time begins according to the agreed order terms, not when an inquiry form is prepared.

Costs and responsibilities

Ask the quote to separate product price, packaging, inspection and freight, and to state how duties, taxes and clearance are handled. Domestic marketplace promotional prices are not export quotations.

Before payment

Confirm the contracting entity, beneficiary, product specification, total cost, payment schedule, inspection terms and warranty or replacement arrangements in writing.
